২. সেবাসমূহ
HostregiPay স্বয়ংক্রিয় বিলিং, পেমেন্ট প্রসেসিং, রিয়েল-টাইম ট্র্যাকিং এবং বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ইন্টিগ্রেশন সেবা প্রদান করে। প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো সময় সেবা পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করা হতে পারে।
৩. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
নিজ নিজ অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য গোপন রাখা এবং অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন সব কার্যক্রমের জন্য ব্যবহারকারী নিজেই দায়ী থাকবেন। কোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার হলে তা দ্রুত আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
৪. পেমেন্ট ও লেনদেন
সব লেনদেন নির্ধারিত চার্জ, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের নিয়ম এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন হবে। তৃতীয় পক্ষের গেটওয়ের কারণে কোনো বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থতার জন্য HostregiPay দায়ী থাকবে না।
৫. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম
HostregiPay কোনো প্রকার অবৈধ, প্রতারণামূলক বা অননুমোদিত কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। এ ধরনের কার্যক্রমে জড়িত হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করা হতে পারে।
৬. তথ্য ও গোপনীয়তা

৭. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
HostregiPay ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
৮. অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল
এই শর্তাবলি বা প্রচলিত আইন লঙ্ঘন করলে পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
৯. শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন
HostregiPay যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। পরিবর্তনের পর প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করা মানেই নতুন শর্তে সম্মতি প্রদান করা।
